On our way to becoming the # 1 recruiter, we are currently rapidly expanding our sales. As a B2B sales manager (m / f / d) you start your career in B2B and benefit from attractive, performance-based remuneration and rapid development opportunities!

THE ROLE

  • You proactively contact small, medium-sized and large clinics and care facilities by phone.
  • You identify the right contact person in the company, understand their problems and point out customer-specific solutions.
  • You work reliably and precisely in our CRM system and arrange customer appointments with our account management team.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree or training in the commercial field.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in sales (ideally you already have a network in the clinic area).
  • You are self-confident, have good communication skills and like to sell.
  • You would like to develop yourself professionally, are ready to learn and appreciate the opportunities of a fast growing company.
  • You think and act entrepreneurially and take things into your own hands.
  • You like to share your knowledge in a team and help colleagues to be successful together.
  • You speak business fluent German and have a good command of English.
